Returns

You have 14 days calendar days from date of purchase to return the product from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return your items must:

• be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• be in the original packaging.

• have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. We reserve the right to make the final decision on returns or exchanges.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Digital Products & Sale Items

Since this website offers non-tangible, irrevocable goods (ie. digital downloads, printable worksheets, etc.), we do not provide refunds after the purchase is made, which you acknowledge prior to making the purchase on the website. All sales are final. Please make sure that you’ve carefully read the product description and it’s additional notes before making your purchase.

Sale items for both physical and digital products are final as well and no refunds or exchanges will be given.
